STORE POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS ERROR IS ON BEHALF OF LUV BY LYRIC.

Upon there being an error on behalf of LUV by Lyric (i.e. texture or length), exchanges will be accepted. The product must be in the state as which it was received, with original packaging, and no trace of manipulation. Exchanges are subject to normal processing and delivery. All expenses will be covered by LUV. 

All disputes will be escalated to small claims court.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All orders will go through a 1-3 day processing period prior to shipment. Only effected by holidays.

Once an order has been processed it will then be shipped and arrive to you within 3-7 business days. Upon no delays, changes, holidays, or error; Customers will receive their product within an average 3-5 business day period. 

Please be aware that after processing, no changes can be made to your order. There will be no refunds once your order has been shipped. 

 

Review all orders and policies before checking out, as all disputes will be escalated to small claims court. 

Shipping delays may be present during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products will be immediately available after purchase via email, and digital file download link.

Please email luvbylyricllc@gmail.com or use the "Let's Chat!" option on www.luvbylyric.com if you do not receive your files immediately after purchase and we will email them to your desired email as soon as our earliest convenience.
